Agreement

These terms govern your use of websites and services operated by PublicProof LLC d/b/a PublicProof AI. By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and any signed proposal, order form, or service agreement that applies to your purchase. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the signed agreement controls.

Business use and accurate information

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you represent. You agree to provide accurate information, protect account access, and use the services only for lawful business purposes.

Services and changes

Service scope, deliverables, pricing, billing, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout or in the written agreement you accept. Features may depend on third-party platforms. We may improve or change the site and services, provided we honor active written agreements.

Payments

You authorize the charges stated at checkout or in your agreement. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping payment information current. Refunds, cancellations, disputes, campaign qualification, and billing windows are governed by the specific offer and written agreement.

No guaranteed result

We do not guarantee rankings, appointment volume, revenue, sales, savings, or any other business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, records, operations, market, staff, third-party platforms, and customer decisions.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or services to break the law, violate another person’s rights, send prohibited communications, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or misrepresent your identity or authority. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, consent, and rights connected to information and content you provide.

Intellectual property

PublicProof retains ownership of its pre-existing systems, methods, software, templates, trademarks, and materials. Your ownership and license rights for custom deliverables are defined in your written agreement. You retain ownership of your business, customer data, domain, and reputation.

Third-party services

The site may link to or depend on services operated by others. Their terms, availability, security, and performance are their responsibility. PublicProof is not responsible for third-party outages or changes beyond our control.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. PublicProof disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PublicProof will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid to PublicProof for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination and governing law

We may suspend access for unlawful use, security threats, nonpayment, or material breach. You may stop using the website at any time, and service cancellation follows your written agreement. These terms are governed by Wisconsin law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
