Consent

When you submit a form that includes SMS consent, provide your number for text communication, or otherwise opt in, you consent to receive text messages from PublicProof LLC d/b/a PublicProof AI at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message purpose and frequency

Messages may include responses to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, account or service updates, support messages, and marketing messages when you agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. PublicProof does not charge a separate fee simply for receiving a text message.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, you will not receive additional text messages unless you opt in again.

Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except providers that help deliver the messaging service or as required by law. Carrier notice

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, network availability, and other factors outside PublicProof’s control.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here. Continued participation after an update is subject to the revised policy.
